Scott's Liquid Gold Dust 'n Go Review
Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my grandparents. My grandma had a talent of refurbishing antique furniture and I was privileged to witness a lot of her beautiful work. When she was finished with a piece, I remember that she used Scott's Liquid Gold products to leave the wood clean and beautiful for the client.
Scott's Liquid Gold has evolved from the original Wood Cleaner and Preservative into an innovative product line. I was excited to receive a canister of the Dust 'n Go pre-moistened wipes. These are terrific for a quick dusting in between the deep polishes. Each wipe is durable, lint-free and goes a long way! The wipe can be used on wood as well as plastic, vinyl and leather and doesn't leave behind build-up or an oily residue.
Compared to other polishing wipes, Scott's Liquid Gold's wipes are larger in size so you can use one wipe to do a big job rather than going through two or three wipes. The almond scent of the wipes is light and fragrant so while your house smells clean, it is not overwhelming. Each canister contains 20 wipes and is priced around $4.99.
After wiping down my kitchen table (pictured above), I instantly felt happy that my table was shining! With two boys, I constantly have fingerprints all over it. Our kitchen is the hub of our home - the boys do their homework at the table, we eat there, toys are played with, etc. I am keeping it clean by quickly and easily wiping it down with a wipe - no more over-using sprays and having build-up from other products!
